How to brew and compare

For drip or pour-over, start with 15 g of coffee for every 240 ml (8 fl oz) of water, then adjust to taste. Use hot water just off the boil and follow your brewer’s instructions. Each 2 oz bag contains about 57 g of coffee—enough for approximately 3–4 cups at this ratio.
